Confusion
A confused Vassal has a 50% chance of ignoring its strategy, and instead picking a Technique completely at random.
Vassals with fewer excess Techniques will be less vulnerable to the ill effects of confusion, since they will be more likely to randomly pick a useful Technique.
Haste
A hasted Vassal has its Technique cast times reduced by 1/3 (divided by 1.5).
Slow
A slowed Vassal has its Technique cast times increased by 50% (multiplied by 1.5).
